Keep stress away from you...

New week, new ideas, new post ! Today I want to talk to you about three ways that is for me crucial to prevent stress to spoil your day. As far as I concerned, I am usually overwhelmed by the stress, the fear of the futur, the sadness and I have never found the miracle to avoid it. However I have found some manners to help me...


I am especially talking to the young actress/actors who are trying to fulfill their dreams but everyone must read this, it may help through multiple ways.


First of all, it is very hard mentally to finally enter in the adult world, with responsibilities, administration tasks, thoughts of our futur... We are all in the same place with same feelings such as fear, curiosity, excitement, disappointment, anger... Every emotions are gathered and make our daily life more difficult.


When I start seriously working on my acting skills, and start to look at how I can achieve my desires, I literally felt that I needed a solution to relax me, to find a way to begin by listening my body and my head.


1) YOGA TIME !


Is it for this reason that I start looking at yoga/stretching... One of friend had already talked to me about this sport which is a surprising way to reconnect with ourselves and free our mind. I usually start my day with a class of 30 minutes from my computer ( most important thing is to set up your location such as living room or bedroom as much relaxing as you need.) After that, I feel that my body and my head are fully ready to start a new day and to fight against any obstacles that I will live during it ! I am physically free and relaxed but mentally as well which is the most essential since our mental is completely link with our body, moods and emotions.

2) EAT HEALTHY


When I moved to Los Angeles, the first thing I did is to start looking at healthy food ! I grew up with my mom who literally fed me with only organic food and well-prepared with all the diverse options to use the aliments. I strongly believe that the way we eat has an intense impact on our mental and emotions, it creates a strength that allows us to avoid all the stress in our life. Liking ourselves is so important for the image we reflect on people. Especially in this industry, it is crucial to believe on ourselves and be confident otherwise everyone will step on us.

3) KNOWING WHEN WE HAVE TO SAY STOP


Listen our body, see what do he wants to operate normally, don't force ourselves over our capacity. When we have to much stress, works, personal issues ... STOP EVERYTHING ! Find a place where you feel good and relax with people or alone, it doesn't matter. It is your moment, make the most of it.

When I feel overwhelmed, I leave the place where I am and either go to the ocean and think, look around me and try to find every single elements that may calm me down, or call my mom or my boyfriends to feel secured thanks to their words... It is a relieve for me to have some moments for myself and to not be only concentrated on my obligations.
